From this story I am reminded that the milestones and accomplishments are most achieved by countries that are free and offer their citizens the opportunity to take risks to explore, experiment invent and innovate. This is part of what makes America great!

Thank you Tara for another fascinating story of American adventure and danger. To circumnavigate the world in such relatively rudimentary and open air cockpits was astonishing to me. There is a first time for everything and the army achieved it first this time.
