Thank you Tara. Women would finally be recognized as equals, thanks to the efforts of the brave Women of the WASPS and many others during WW2. Nearly every American sacrificed and served in some fashion, this nation, during this "all out" war and the Women pilots of the WASPS certainly more than pulled their own weight.

I was proud to serve alongside many Women throughout my 4 years in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

It always pleases me when history lessons like this appear. The WASPs were a fantastic part of the service, freeing up men (for the front line) in this critical role. Thanks again, Tara!
