Thomas McCall would receive a Medal for his courage during WWII, yet he surely thought that his bravery under fire wasn’t his most important feat. He saved the life of his 8-year-old son.
Thomas McCall was a Hero in every sense of the word. His brave actions in WW2 which earned him the MOH, his years in captivity as a POW and then he gave his own life to save his son from drowning. God had other plans for Mr. McCall, to have called him home at a relatively young age. He was among the Greatest Generation and he was a prime example. Thank you Tara.
