Somehow the federal government has diluted the power of the States rights in the peoples mind thinking that the courts must decide everything that doesn't go their way. It's encouraging to see the Supreme Court rule to defer decisions back to the States that are not Constitutionally specified. We are the United States. United by the rule of law. But we are not all united in the areas of social and cultural construction.

Thank you, Tara!

Every time I hear the word “Democracy” used in reference to our form of government by newsmen and politicians it makes me so upset that they don’t know or want the form of government our nation was founded as!

We all must get out and tell our friends and neighbors the difference between a Democracy and the Constitutional Republic our Founders blessed us with!
