Thank you Tara. I suspect that there are a lot of people these days who don't understand how taking our freedom back should actually work. It starts with voting out those who decided to deprive us of our freedoms. I love your history lessons!

Speaking for myself, Prohibition was a prime example of the American people not being fully aware of the text nor the intent of and actual meaning of a bill. Was the real intent of Prohibition purposely hidden? I don't know, but that law is still a prime example of the need for full disclosure of "what's in it" before passage of any law.

Thank you Tara. Yes, it's difficult to imagine reversing something like a Constitutional Amendment, but you don't just take people's alcohol away.

I can't imagine an issue that would coalesce the population of the United States like that today.

Why we the people need to pay attention to what they are doing in DC. What does the bill involve? What is the small print in this particular law? Starts locally..PAY ATTENTION

Teamwork will enable society to take back the freedom Government has taken. It can happen but it is also a lot of work. Thanks Tara. Knowing History is the first step.

A similar effort is occurring in America today with the HCR 24 introduction to ask the states to propose amendments to the Constitution to limit Congress's ability to spend and tax at will. I'm interested in sharing some of our 400 year history of over 650 recorded events from the 1620 Mayflower, 1639 Hartford, 1684 Albany, 1785 Mount Vernon, 1787 Philadelphia, 1814 Hartford, 1861 Washington, 1861 Montgomery, 1922 Santa Fe, & the 2017 Phoenix conventions. If you're interested, contact me through HuntForLiberty.com. We've done this successfully before and know exactly how they work. The doors to a proposing convention will open again in late '23 or in 2024.

Sounds like another “you have to pass it to know what is in it” and unintended consequences. Anything that is described as a “great social and economic experiment” is a red flag. Those 14 years must have seemed like an eternity to most Americans. Obviously there were some bad results. Thank goodness congress and FDR with the pressure of the people corrected the failed policy. I love your last statement, Tara: “We are a free people! If a free people really want to take their liberty back, then they have the ability to do exactly that.”

If a free people really want to take their liberty back, then they have the ability to do exactly that. Well said. May we never forget we are still a free people.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Imagine if prohibition had never been enacted, Joseph Kennedy would never made his millions by smuggling illegal liquor from Canada, Jamaica, and the Southern States of America. Fate has a way of making history.
