Thank you, Sgt. Yabes. Every time a soldier gives his life to save others, he not only saves those individuals, but allows for their offspring and more generations to be born, live, flourish, and help others. Words do not do justice for our gratitude.

Maximo Yabes is proof that Heroes come in all shapes and sizes and all walks of life. It’s awesome that Tara Ross chooses to honor them all every Monday so we can celebrate their lives and legacy together. Thank you Tara and Bless you Maximo for your service and sacrifice.

Astounding actions by yet another regular American who put himself in harms way to save the lives of others. Sgt. Yabes was the embodiment of the American spirit. It’s good the nation does the little it can to honor these brave warriors.

Thank you Tara for another MOH Monday. 1st Sgt Maximo Yabes was another larger than life American Hero who gave his life while he singlehandedly fought the enemy and saving his troops.

Mr. Yates was a typical American man who did extraordinary things when he was confronted by the enemy. God bless Max Yabes and all who serve or have served. God bless the United States of America.

It is hard to understand how someone becomes super-human and accomplishes so much in the act of saving others. 1st SGT Yabes was one of those men for his troops that day. "Another American hero, giving his all. Rest in peace, soldier". Amen. Thanks Tara, I enjoy these so much.
