Your salvation (freedom from the slavery of sin) comes at a cost as well. Spend some time today thinking on that high cost.
These men all believed so deeply in the establishment of this great nation of free people that they were willing to put everything they possessed on the line…including their lives. Down through the generations there have been many men and women willing to do the same to preserve our constitutional republic. We need to get back to the basics and teach our children again what it means to be an American so we continue to raise true patriots. Are we a perfect nation? No, but every day everyone can work towards that goal. Happy Independence Day!
May our Declaration of Independence continue to be celebrated for eternity, and may Providence continue to bless and protect this United States of America.
