This is how we need to teach history. Not just that we had these historical events but the reality and possible consequences to men who participated in them and their knowledge of those consequences. Standing up to tyrants in the face of death, imprisonment, loss of economic opportunity or being designated a societal outcast requires courage that stems from deep convictions and passion.

Too many Americans have forgotten (or never learned) that each individual is born with natural rights. Government does not give us these rights...nor can government take these rights away. 🇺🇸
