Hamiltons family heritage would probably not be such an issue today but it surely was at the time. I wasn't aware of his parents marital issues nor his early years. Thank you Tara.

Alexander Hamilton was a driving force towards our independence and formation as a nation and those facts alone should give him a permanent place of honor in our history.
