Examples like Sgt. Elbert Kinser who patriotically gave all for the sake of others are inspirations to all that reaches through the generations. His βlast act was to save four of his buddies and his mission was accomplished.β Itβs so important for these stories of courageous Americans be told. Your efforts are greatly appreciated, Tara.
What a great man. What struck me is that he died with a smile on his face. He knew what he had to do to save his friends and he he sounds like he had faith he knew where he was going and was met at the gate with "well done my good and faithful servant."
Sgt. Elbert Kinser,a member of the Greatest Generation, gave his own life to save the lives of others. A selfless act repeated often during WW2 and other wars and battles. Mr. Kinder was an American Hero and his last act was to selflessly die for his nation. God bless the Greatest Generation and all who have served or currently serve this great nation. Thank you Tara for another MOH Monday.
MOH Monday is an amazing reminder of those who gave all for their fellow soldiers, their freinds who have a bond that we who have never been in combat can understand. Such love for their fellow friends that they would give their life for them. Thanks Tara for these stories. The generation, and all who fought in wars for our country. Never forget!
