Two great men. I bet if the roles were reversed Myers would have done the same for Fisher. They do represent the best of Americans. Another superb MOH Monday, Tara.
Wow. Talk about a brave and almost stupid thing that Fisher did to rescue Major Myers and himself from almost certain catastrophe. I do agree that we are a compassionate people who would do "almost anything reasonable" to help another who needs help. The MOH as reward for this compassionate act is much better than a Courts Martial for nearly destroying a military plane. Im not saying that Fishers action should have resulted in a Courts Martial but I am certain that has happened before in the instance of a willful destruction of Military assets.
Anyway, I salute you Mr. Fisher for what you did. God bless both men and God bless all who served or are currently serving this great nation. Thank you Tara for another MOH Monday.
Thank you Mr. Fisher. Your determination to rescue your brother in arms utilizing your skills, bravery and courage is most assuredly MOH Worthy. But more than that reflects the spirit of fighting for the guy next to you.
Tremendous account! Thanks, Tara! Another example of American courage under fire and doing what's right for your fellow man. Well done and well earned! Thanks also for the picture of both and the heart shown for one another.

I bet Myers didn't say "gun"! 😉
🇺🇲 I wonder sometimes, where is the
line between between courage and foolhardy?
Maybe, to save a life, in that moment, there is no line, for some.
Thanks for another great MoH TR, lest we forget. 🇺🇸
