1) Taft. He had it installed on the Tennessee class cruiser USS North Carolina (ACR-12) when he sailed to Panama to inspect progress on the Canal.
2) Nixon in January 1974, It was subsequently reversed by Ford in October of the same year.Some of us lived it, and yes it was a nightmare.
3 )Reagan appeared on "I've Got A Secret", while Carter and Ford appeared on "What's My Line?".
