(1) Which President was the first to hail from a state other than Virginia or Massachusetts? Bonus points if you know which state he was from.
(2) Five of our Presidents were born in New York. Who was the first?
(3) Five Presidents were born in the State of New York, as mentioned above, but which two were born in New York City?

1) Andrew Jackson, he was from S. Carolina.
2) Martin Van Buren, he was born in Kinderhook, NY. As a side note, he was also the first president born an American Citizen and not a British Subject.
3) Teddy Roosevelt, (Manhattan), and Donald Trump, (Queens).
