ANSWER: Herbert Hoover. The dog apparently hated living in the White House, though, so the Hoovers sent him back to their S Street house, then being rented by a Congressman who took the dog in.

ANSWER: Andrew Jackson.

(3) QUESTION: One President had beagles named “Him” and “Her.” Which President?

ANSWER: LBJ. He famously outraged the American public when he pulled Him up by the ears in front of the press corps. He claimed the beagle liked it, but few believed him.
