(1) QUESTION: A portion of one President’s spine is on display in a museum. Which President? Bonus points if you know why his spine is on display.

ANSWER: James Garfield. The portion of the spine that is on display is the portion that an assassin’s bullet hit when he was shot in 1881.

(2) QUESTION: Which President was the last President to be a smoker?

ANSWER: Barack Obama. The National Archives explains: “[Barack Obama] did his best to keep his habit out of the public eye knowing that it was frowned upon. Before the habit was socially stigmatized, many Presidents smoked.”

(3) QUESTION: One President badly burned his foot as a child when he inadvertently stepped on a hot iron in his dad’s blacksmith shop. Which President?
