(1) QUESTION: During wartime, one U.S. Navy vessel accidentally torpedoed a ship carrying the U.S. President.  Which war? Which President?

ANSWER: (1) John Adams; Thomas Jefferson (1826). In an interesting twist, they both died on July 4 that year. (2) John Tyler; Martin Van Buren (1862); (3) Benjamin Harrison; William  McKinley (1901)

(3) QUESTION: How many Presidents were born in January?  Which Presidents?

ANSWER: Four. Millard Fillmore (January 7, 1800), William McKinley (January 29, 1843), FDR (January 30, 1882), and Richard Nixon (January 9, 1913).
